Terms and Conditions for Refer and Earn

Eligibility

The Refer and Earn program is open to all individuals who refer potential clients to our services. Referrals must be made using the provided referral link or form.

Referral Reward

Referrers will receive 10% of the total price of the referred client's deal. The reward will only be applicable if the referred client finalizes the deal and pays the complete amount for the service.

Payment Terms

The referral reward will be processed within 7-14 business days after the referred client completes the payment in full. Payments will be made via the preferred payment method provided during registration for the referral program.

Referral Validity

Referrals are only valid if the client is not already associated with our company or services. A referral will be considered invalid if the client fails to complete the deal or cancels the service before full payment.

Program Limitations

The program applies to all services provided by our company unless specified otherwise. Discounts or offers provided to the referred client will not affect the calculation of the referral reward.

Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to misuse the referral program through fraudulent activities, such as self-referral or duplicate referrals, will result in disqualification from the program.

Modification of Terms

The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer and Earn program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the terms will be updated on our official website.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding the eligibility of referrals or payment of rewards, the decision of the company will be final and binding.

Confidentiality

Personal information of the referred client and referrer will be handled with confidentiality and used solely for program-related purposes.
